Vienna has a wide range of hotels within easy travelling distance of the conference venue.

We are not able to recommend specific hotels for conference participants. To secure availability at the best price, we recommend you choose and book accommodation as soon as possible after registering for the conference and receiving confirmation of your registration.

For speakers

If you have been invited to speak at the conference, we will be in touch with you to discuss travel and accommodation arrangements.

We are aware of some dubious sales practices, targeting conference speakers, by organisations claiming to act on behalf of the conference organisers. If you receive an email from a third party implying that they have been authorised by the SAM or the Austrian Academy to arrange accommodation for you, please forward this email to us urgently, and do not reply.
